Rang Arbury he said come and see me because i at bring my ranger rover back because couldn’t keep up the payments on the car I was going give him keys and walk of he said let have drink and I’ll explain what happens I felt lot better when he explained it to me so he said come back in few before I felt I said to him  I have budget to stick to he said no problem when I went back we sat down and looked at few car that I could afford I said I like Peugeot 208 and ford fiesta st so he went away to look at budget the Peugeot was bit out my price range but he came up with some figure for fiesta which I could afford so we done the deal so just like say big thank you for all your help buying my new car

Excellent Buying Experience

I apologise if this is a bit long-winded but I'm sure it'll be worth it.

After spending about a month deciding on which car to buy - a Peugeot 308 SW - we decided to go shopping! What we usual do is buy something about two years old with relatively low mileage - usually works out about half the price of a new car. Anyway, we soon realised that the bottom has fallen out of the second hand car market and there is some serious bargains to be had. We realised we could get a 16 plate for about half price. Armed with a price for the Peugeot and what we wanted for our 57 plate Golf GT sport, we set off.

First port of call was a nationwide car supermarket - chosen mainly because it was close by. Peugeot expensive and pathetic valuation for Golf. Next stop, another nationwide firm but a dealer as opposed to supermarket. Decent price for Peugeot and decent offer for Golf but sales pitch quite pressurised and was left feeling like a didn't trust them.

Change of tack, as we realised that approved dealerships were offering a deposit contribution if you took out finance. Quick calculation to work out how much to borrow so interest would be equal to deposit contribution - in effect, getting finance interest free.

First approved dealer also a nationwide chain. Decent price Peugeot but the deposit contribution was basically taken out of the Golf valuation - no deal.

Finally, we went to Arbury at Walsall. Decent price for Peugeot, valuation for Golf spot on and deposit contribution. Everything we'd set out to get. Plus, the dealership is in a nice location and the sales staff are human. I can't stress enough how attentive our sales bod was and how stress free the whole process was.

If you live in the West Midlands and Black Country and want to buy a Peugeot or Fiat, go and see these guys. Cheers all.

when upgrading my car with PEUGEOT the sales staff could not have been more helpful.... constamcy [hone calls, emails and advice on which options were best for me. Once I had signed and taken my new car their attitude changed completely!!!

Not a courtesy call or even a thank you!

I emailed with an issue 3 months ago and have still not had a reply!!!!

Shall NOT be shopping here again!

I agree with previous reviewer, and do not recommend using this dealership. If you do decide to buy from them, please ensure you make sure they take the cover off the car when you collect it and BEFORE you have paid the balance. I was too trusting and did not do this, and a large scratch plus chip and small dent had appeared after deciding on the car.

Not A Good Place And Advise Against Them

I recently bought a second hand car from them, apparently fully serviced for peace of mind and MOT as well. They offered a ridiculously low price for part exchange, insulting and messed me around over this, meant a couple of journeys rather than one as promised a competitive price!

Then the car has just been to a main dealer after 6 weeks as needs a cam belt, something they neglected to do at the service despite being due at the time they did full service. The dealer has informed me that it needs all 4 tyres renewing ASAP as now down to limit, also would fail an MOT as too much play in one of the steering rods. Wear and tear items so not warranted but main dealer amazed had just been serviced and MOT'd

This on top of the fact a problem with lights occurred, is under warrantee and their advice to me has been, take it to halfords and get them to check the bulbs and that it was legal when it left them!! I am not stupid but they talk to me like I am and have been patronizing and irritating throughout process. Cannot be bothered to call them again as such an unpleasant experience.

Of note, they claim 97% satisfaction! mainly because you cannot leave without filling in feedback form, in front of the salesperson who has just subjected you to the worst hour of your life.

Please avoid them as it was not nice and I am a reasonable person.
