Was looking for a Golf GTD and came across a car at this dealership. Gave me a good part exchange price over the phone so travelled 80 miles to view. Car was better than the pictures and all cars in showroom looked stunning. Was left alone to view the car no pressure sales tactics, which was great. Finance all sorted for me and collected the car serviced, 12 months MOT and 3 month warranty. Purchased the extended warranty as great deal for the price. Would definitely deal with Alwoodley Motors again.

I could not be more happy with the excellent service this company has given. They are fussy about the quality of cars they sell and the one I purchased has not disappointed. I have never purchased a car so well presented; super clean interior and exterior and the engine bay was spotless. This is a company that takes time to make sure the customer is happy with the product. I would recommend them to anyone in the highest possible way based on my experience and will certainly look there before anywhere else when I next change my car.

Needed a 7 seater quickly and found a Volvo XC90 here. Great service, great car. Having been messed about by large car dealerships it was a pleasure doing business with Alwoodley. Car was everything the description said it was and 6 weeks on it still makes me smile. Valuation for insurance was more than I paid for the car so another win for me. After emailing a few days before, calling the day before AND on the day to confirm I was coming and wanted a test drive from 50 miles away.

After sone discussion and checks of the car, a BMW 5 series estate, I remained impressed and asked for a test drive and was REFUSED !!!!. The reason given that

a) I was looking that day at another car - an A6

b) It was raining !!!

I was a cash buyer and was very serious about buying that day or at least within a week as my car was written off. The A6 was not ideal but the staff at Brooklands were very helpful and I am still looking for a 5 Series Estate but would not go back to these guys

We saw an excellent example of just the car we wanted here. We live in Nottingham and when we rang although they were not actually open they still opened up and let us have a look and take it for a test drive. We loved it and to save us coming all the way back just to sign paperwork etc it was all done by email and scanning the relevant documents back. All sorted and ours in just over a day from start to it now being on our drive. No pushy salesmen, just a friendly professional and personal service. I would highly recommend buying a car from them. The beautifully specified Volvo XC60 R design that I purchased came with a RAC 12 months warranty and was priced well within market value for a car of they year and age.

Part exchange of my car even though it had done 155,000 miles was not a problem and market rates paid out.

After recently being ripped off buying a vehicle elsewhere i found it very hard to trust anyone else but on walking into this place and speaking to the guy prior to purchasing my vehicle i saw the quality of all the vehicles within the dealership and was reassured honestly by the dealer, I was very happy to purchase what i can only describe as an immaculate low mileage showroom condition vehicle, it had a full mot, 12 months warranty and 3 months tax, I travelled approx 70 miles to buy this vehicle and was very happy with my purchase, the dealer keeps very clean well priced vehicles and the whole transaction was very professional and also arranged a low rate finance very quickly. wouldn't think twice about returning for my next car!! friendly service at an affordable prices and was well worth the travel. many thanks to the dealership
