I Had Very Poor Customer Service At Alan Day Honda

I had very poor customer service at Alan Day Honda, Enfield, the car was in a poor condition on delivery (missing paperwork), spoilers not fitted correctly. No follow up calls on how you or the car was doing. They never return your calls. 5-7 days lead time for some parts (then wrong parts ordered, not good enough). I had to complain to Honda HQ as they were totally useless! OK at fixing faults, but do not always do a good job (fix one problem and break something else)! Would not recommend, will not return.Sales were rubbish too, they don't know what they are doing and were rude. Wont ever buy a car from there or have it serviced there either! I heard from an insider that Alan Day are losing their Honda contract, good they should of provided a better service, they even lied to Honda Customer Services with the issues that I had.

Worst Customer Service In My Life! Spent Nearly &

Worst customer service in my life! Spent nearly £800 at Alan Day Honda, Enfield for a CRV's 4 level service plus some extras (brake pads and discs) and at collection car would drive left ways. Been back the following week and they said the car is "bent" in a previous impact, but is driveable, got a camber problem which cannot be sorted, will cost me thousands of pounds to sort it, they charged for alignment £60. Beware, they don't have their alignment facilities and failed to tell me this, they done alignment on another garage!

Next week been at Chiswick Honda. Sorted out in 2 days. They replaced one bent strut bolt at suspension, done alignment and camber problem dissapeared, and swapped the wheels (they found I had one different wheel to the other 3). All this just £110, and car drives straight not left ways anymore. Miracle!

I agree with this review because... I would not recommend them either - very, very poor customer service, coupled with dishonesty.
