Fabulous Family Run Business

They've been in business for nearly 40 years so very experienced and honest. Love my Audi TT thankyou. Best price I could find and drives like a dream. Polite and punctual. Couldn't expect better.

Only Refunded Faulty Car After Solicitor's Letter.

Purchased a vehicle that only got a few miles from the forecourt before running out of oil. Rejected sale and returned vehicle but was refused a refund. Owner initially refused to accept there was a fault and was dismissive and arrogant. After a week they acknowledged there was a serious fault after a mechanic checked the vehicle but instead of putting it right, as stated in their warranty, they referred me to the manufacturer who also refused to repair or replace the engine. After a month with no money or car, I had to involve my solicitor before being given a refund.

100% Happy With Purhase. Airedrive Is Top Class.

I recently purchased a car off Airedrive car dealers,Leeds. I searched auto trader for the car I wanted and found the best car and value at this garage. I then read a couple of reviews online that were bad and i was a bit nervous about buying off this dealer.

However, I wanted the car and did some checks and felt I should at least give this dealer the benefit of the doubt. After all I have never left a car review in my life, have you? Also this dealer had been operating since the '70s so he must be doing something right.plus I thought a couple of bad reviews in 30 odd years ain't bad.......impossible to please everyone.

With all this in mind I rang the owner. We agreed a price and I placed a £250 deposit to hold the car for me. He kept in contact by phone every step of the way and was very helpful.

Last weekend I flew from Ireland to Leeds to collect my car. Everything was as described. He is one of natures gentlemen. A really nice guy.

He's a businessman and as he told me he get so many enquiries via online/phone etc he has to whittle down the real buyers from the time wasters otherwise " I would be working 24/7". I totally get that.

I have and will continue to recommend Airedrive car dealership, Leeds to anyone looking for a quality motor at a keen price.

Thanks so much for all your help. In the words of Arnie....I"ll be back!!!!

Information Given Is Incorrect

Vehicle was advertised to be in good condition and one lady owner. When I went to view the car they were minor defects due to the car having low mileage I put a deposit down and was told the car would be ready in 3 days and they would have obtained the log book off the owner by then.

Car was not ready for another week arrived and the car was still in the same condition without no log book, however I paid the full amount of money in cash due to being promised that they would sort the defects out on another day and they did not have the log book until I paid that they would go collect it.

The owner of Airedire went to go collect the log book and returned several hours later to find out that they were two owners.

I was given 3 months BASIC warranty with the car and was told I would receive the book within 2 weeks - I never received this.

Was hinted that there is no warranty on electrics - Later found out that they were a major problem with the electrical system in the car.

Be very careful!

Beware

Whatever is stated or said do NOT believe a word. If a car is described to you approach whatever is said with extreme caution. Honesty appears to be a no-go, making a sale is way more important...if you are considering using these people, think again, before it's too late.

Lost Deposit

Seems to have decent cars at reasonable prices. But make sure you fully inspect the car before handing over a deposit. The car I looked at was not as verbally described over telephone, taking this on trust cost me my £250 deposit. And be sure to check the manufactuers Service History. Good Luck.
