ACar2Go, Aylesbury

I were looking round for a new car and came across ACar2Go. My first visit were to see what cars they had and look around them. I narrowed it down and went back for the second time and asked some questions. One were about how to go about a test drive in one of the cars I were interested in, possibly buying. Asking questions about the warranty were not liked either by this sales bloke. So I asked about arranging a test drive for another day, due to the time.

The unhelpful sales bloke didn’t want me to even test drive the car and said, only if I were going to buy the car, could I then test drive it or I should go to, the main car dealer and use them, to test drive the car. The bad sales attitude I got from them made me annoyed and not what you would expect from a car garage selling used cars.

Test driving a car is part and parcel of selling cars, refusing above is stupid and not what you should expect.

Avoid ACar2Go like the plague! They are not interested in customer services, allowing you to test drive a car, unless you will buy it and have very rude and arrogant attitudes. They also lie and the owner is not a lot better, with his attitude. Poor all round and why they lost my custom. Will never go back or even consider ACar2go with the currant owners and staff.

Much better used car dealers out there.

Purchased a vehicle today from this company. Despite a 'full valet' being agreed within the purchase price this was NOT COMPLETED and on being challenged, the attitude and approach of their owner was staggering.

They clearly don't bother to honour agreements made as part of contractual arrangements and it was a most unpleasant experience.

Stay away is my advice unless you want to be fleeced by an old fashioned used car sales company. They deserve to fail.....

Between myself and my family we have bought several cars from this garage. Everytime we have experienced the same great prices, quality and customer service. Never before have I gone to a car dealer and not been victim of the hard sell!! These guys are so friendly and passionate about what they do! I have, and will continue to recommend acar2go to anyone looking to buy a quality used car!!
