£60 Received For A £550 Claim!
Always check what company is behind the insurance. While this is with World Wide Insure, the insurance company is IMG Europe for which there are many bad reviews. It's shocking that they're allowed to start under new names when they get a bad rep.
I expected £250 back as I had a £300 excess but hidden deep within the 40 pages of smallprint (who has time to read a books worth of T&C's before their holiday??) I only received £60. This was because of their 20% fee as I was in Canada (I bought insurance for Canada so this should be included in the quoted price!) and a £150 because it was an emergency but didn't require a stay at the hospital (sorry the case wasn't more serious for you!). AVOID AVOID AVOID!
