Worst Travel Insurance Company Ever (primary Insurance)
I have been with a lot of Travel Insurance company's
and this is the least organized. The most farcical, and useless, going away in 2 day's and i tried to ring them to change my cover from 45 days to 46 days, which led to a automated telephone message which told me i could not change my cover, but they will reply in 24hr's to emails, but last year i did this with them, on the same number, so then i emailed them 2 days ago and no reply, reply in 24hr's my backside. then i rang the claims number as i thought it would be the only way to get in touch with them so i give them our policy number and they then asked for a mystery reference number that does not exist on any of the policy paperwork, I told them that i don't have it, but why can't they take my policy number, they told me i have to have the reference number, i told them get me the manager, they told me i need the reference number to do that sir, i said there is no reference number there is a policy number but no reference number, i said give me the manager, after six times of saying this he got the manager, then HE asked me for the reference number, I told him i there is no reference number only a policy number, then i told him to reply to my emails and that this is urgent why hasn't there been a reply to my emails he said i will look into that for you. got a call back and they asked me what is the nature of your claim i told them i have no claim, i am trying to change my cover from 45 to 46 days it says you can't do that on your automated phone message, why? i did that last year, can you please sort this out please, then put me on hold for 15mins, he then told me i don't know whats going on? they seem to be having problems, i said that's not my problem, I expect you to sort this out or refund me my premium.
I expect no reply soon, so i expect am going to have to pay for another lot of Travel Insurance!

I have been chasing my claim with these people for 4 months! the customer service is disgusting and they are in no hurry to help you!! After paying over £400 in emergency charges in a 3rd world country, they require taxi and on call emergency doctor receipts.

I Submitted One Travel Ins. Claim To Primary For &
I submitted ONE travel ins. claim to Primary for £300 for my family of four,due to relocation away from hurricane 'Wilma' in Florida and they deducted FOUR amounts of £50 excess,even for my children aged 9 & 10.I ended up with £100.
One claim should attract one amount of excess,not four!
Had I had four children,I would have received nothing!
Never again will I use this company.
