More Than Travel Insurance

We took out More Than travel insurance which is backed by Alliance Global Assistance for our Florida holiday insurance in 2017.

I unfortunately dropped my tag heuer watch on a tiled floor on one of our last days at a water park. On returning home I noticed condensation on the screen as seal had been broken. Now I am 45 and bought this watch in the early 90s and had no receipt.

I sent in a claim with lots of pictures of me wearing the watch over the years and some service receipts due to having no original receipt.

They paid up for the repair (only £150 so small claim)

Yes I had to do a little chasing up took a couple of months to sort but they paid up.

I would happily insure with them again.
