MCE Travel Insurance

Stress free is definitely mce, i had to get my bike back from Portsmouth last Sunday and the lines had closed so I was freaking out I got told they do it online as well so i done so and now had two policies out with them, called mce to sort out my insurance and had a lovely young woman from mce done everything she could to sort my mess out with her line manager as well Which I'm very greatful for so thank you to the manager as well, with these two wonderful human beings I am a proud mce customer, and will be with them for years to come. ps to the person we dealt with, please don't leave mce EVER we need more people like you in the world :D

Cheap insurance and cheap company. After missing one Payment not my own fault a different company over charged me leaving me without enough funds to make the payment. I spoke to the advisor and told them the problem but still incurred a charge even though was a the first time I missed a payment

I called in to take out insurance cover for the first time with mce, now dont get me wrong when i wad speaking to the advisor they were polite fast and added everything on my policy that i asked for, but 8 hours after using my card with them my credit card was used in fraudulent activity! It was the only transaction i made in 6 months on that card so i know it was the advisor on the other end of the phone. DONT USE

Hi l would like to say thank you to the person I dealt with for the prompt response and the excellent service she was able to provide l will be emailing her again next year, thanks again.

Price was good however getting through to these people is a joke. Next year i'll be paying the extra to go with a company who look after their customers. I was speaking with a sales guy who when he found out i wanted to make an ammendment to my policy just hit the hold button and didn't even speak to me like a person.
