Insurance Bookers Travel Insurance

Asked on telephone if I could make a claim re a cancelled flight on my policy. Told YES. Spent a lot of time gathering documentation. Submitted claim through post. Received a computer generated email saying my claim was invalid as my policy (the second most expensive one) did not cover AEROPLANES. Poor service from their call centre. Poor response to my claim with lack of human interaction. Just a piece of money making meat to them.

Their policies are designed not to pay out and I have cancelled mine.

None about insurancebookers, but there seems to be a lot of ranting about travel insurance! Some very unhappy customers
