My experience was awful. I placed a claim For my Hot Water Tank in November, 2013. It was denied because " ran my heating system" "they don't cover it due to any pipe work that needed to be done. I didn't need any other work done, simply a Hot Water Tank. This left me with no heat for 6 weeks while the temps ranged from 15' to 22'. Christmas Eve, my domestic hot water tank broke. They instantly denied this also as I had "already placed a claim on a Hot Water Tank, even though it was denied, they would not fix that either, leaving me with no Hot water until February 17th.

I filed a complaint with the BBB. I will NOT be renewing.
