Well what can I say about Jim Sales - he is polite, attentive, always available, and just generally nice to deal with - in an age of the Internet, he breaks the mould. Jim Sales @ Francis Townsend Group Ltd(Insurance Brokers) was very thorough and helpful. He dealt with the policy in a very professional manner and when I made a claim, he made the whole process very simple to understand. His service was second to none and I would recommend him to anyone.
