Excellent Service
I recently had to make a claim as my bike was stolen. The Coop dealt with my claim in a clear and professional manner and paid up in full (minus the excess of course). I was expecting it all to be a lot more hassle.

Our Local Coop Home Insurance Agent Sounded As If
Our local Coop Home Insurance agent sounded as if he operated from his bed! Later, I found I was without any cover at all as he'd disappeared and so had his records. Local office completely uninterested either in my situation, or getting further business.
