Bristol And West Home Insurance

We had a flood at home on the 11 th December 2021 and are still waiting for Highbury Homes the company that Nat west outsource there work to , to rectify the situation. We have a damp living room with no ceiling. The lady at Nat West helpful at first is no longer interested and Highbury Homes ate something else, I rang them and asked for an update , the persons response ‘an update on what?’. So shocked by Nat West at their lack of professionalism, will be renewing elsewhere when it comes up .
