Amica Home Insurance

While I admire their general positive approach to handling a past claim of mine, I did not like my Amica representative who was unresponsive in getting back to me on 3 messages I had left over a 2 week period. I had to complain to a manager and the rep called me back and was finally responsive.

Also, they gave me a premium based on my home purchase price. They then had an adjuster come and estimate my home value to be about $500K over what I paid for my home! As a result, they increased their premium on me. I told them I never paid that much but they wouldn't insure me for only the amount of my purchase price. So I will be looking for another insurance company.

Amica home insurance offer cheap and full cover. With their great rates, all the insurance companies are nearly the same and this one is one of the cheapest.
