He does everything to make sure we are satisfied. He replies fast and with details. I found the most important to be able to contact him direct via WhatsApp or Viber..

I have been with MPIH Japan (Morgan Price Health Insurance) for over 7 years and I`m going to stay with them longer. Very friendly agent (non-English native, but easy to communicate), provides excellent support, sometimes during the weekend. My last bill was reimbursed after 3 weeks straight to my bank account with all transfer costs covered by their underwriter. What else can I write? I`m happy so far.
