Area Medical Director For Kern County Made Changes.
I was informed today that Kaiser Permanente was changing my primary care physician. I have been with this physician for 10 years. I live 5 minutes from his office. My new primary care physician is now 25 minutes away. I did call customer service about this change, and they said that I could not do anything about it.
