Does not provide appropriate consumer coverage or care. Lacks basic coverage needs. Customer Service and representatives lack knowledge and provides inconsistent information. Do not enroll in Highmark sponsored plans. If you enroll expect a huge bill for medical services that are not covered.
Suggest Health America coverage. Highmark does not provide basic coverage needs for consumer. Especially for Medicare Advantage programs. Claims procedures are time consuming and confusing! Highmark expects you to pay for prescription then file a claim.. What are you paying them to do????
