Talkmobile are quite simply dire (although dire means they could improve and that wont happen) Probably the worst company to deal with if you have an issue. Nobody cares. They have a crib sheet of answers, anything else will be your fault or the Royal Mail . . . .or Russia. . . Covid . . . The Queen . . .anything but them. They managed to lose my ported number for 10 days!! 10 days!!. They even sent a verification text to the number that they'd lost and blamed me for not getting it. The call centres are India based, they don't understand anything you are trying to explain. The company is inept, incompetent, totally useless and couldn't organise a party up in a brewery.
If, by some miracle your 24 hour number port (or 10 days in my case) happens and there is an issue, it will involve around 15 hours!! on the webchat or on the phone, after that time time they will do the total opposite of what was asked and probably lose your number again.
DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR NUMBER . . . IN FACT USE ANYONE ELSE.
