I have waited over 7 days for a SIM. It did not arrive via Royal Mail as promised. I rang. I was told it would be couriered over the next day. It wasn't. I have 2 emails 1 saying a second SIM will be delivered by mail, one by courier. Both say I can track them. I can't. I have already been charged for the first month even though I have not received my SIM. I have also lost my number as I sent the PACs code to my old company, assuming no-one could muck up sending a SIM card out twice!! I tried calling again and was cut off after 20 minutes holding.
