Why don't BT just direct you straight to EE when there's an issue or even remove the mobile brand altogether and leave it to EE. Every time I have called about an issue, usually because our local transmitter has gone down and no mobile coverage. The current down time is 3 days and counting. On spending an age on the 150 number trying to get through you get a grilled about your account number, then explain the problem. The default response is then to put you on hold for 12 minutes only to be told "I'm just going to contact our strategic partner (EE), to find out what is being done about this problem". 10 minutes on hold later "well sir they are going to do a survey tomorrow and hopefully they can return service then, but it depends on what they find".
So 25 minutes in and what a complete, frustrating waste of time. I have to say bt has become the most troublesome company to deal with, mainly through being clueless or should that be incompetent.
