Long wait to get through to call centre each time you call, with usual annoying "trying to sell you something" options on the way.
When you do get through, the line is bad, the staff with English with strong accent (hard to follow on bad line) and read out scripts.
They refused to issue a PAC code to me, even though the reason I was switching out was that their own staff had told me that the SIM card would not work in my phone (which is 2G). Since I had thrown the card itself out the day before (not being able to call out/receive calls on it), they wouldn't give me the code. So I lose the phone number I've had for decades.
I don't know what they're like beyond this, but the call centre itself is a nightmare.
