“Rubbish coverage.”

No coverage. Just a few days ago my wife upgraded her phone with 3. She had an Apple 4S with 3 and upgraded to an Apple 7. She had to pay money up front and will eventually have to pay an increased monthly amount after the first six months £21 increasing to £42.
This I spent an absolute age trying to contact her by text, phone and find my iPhone all to no avail. WHAT RUBBISH! Previously when she was out where she is today with her old 4S whilst the signal was not always good we were able to make contact and communicate by phone and text etc. Eventually I managed to get in touch with her using a friends phone where she is she said she had had no signal all morning. She go the new phone hoping it would be better coverage BUT IT IS WORSE and for more money.
