I have been with '3 network' for many years now and i am alright with the network itself. Overall, it is not so bad.
However, the customer services is a massive fail!
I had problem with accessing voice-mail and after keeping me on hold for more than an hour, one of the technical staff asked me to switch-off my phone and switch back on (which i already did before i made the call). Second option given was switching my phone off again and taking the sim card out and putting it back on etc. He dint know what to do after that! Hence a very unhelpful technical support and waste of time.

After ages, i just gave up. I used the internet to get help etc
I managed to get the problem solved

Point is, if you have a problem customer services are supposed to provide help and support!
Not waste customer's time.

Customer support is a fail
Technical staff was incompetent

They need to improve the technical support!
