“customer service nightmare”

customer services are unable to carry out simple tasks. the upgrades dept are liars and time wasters,
the cancellations dept are worse than the other 2 put together, 72 hours later and still no notice of me giving 30 days notice put on it.
The managers and team leads are unable to tell the time or pick up the phone.
The amount of times i've been put on hold and the call dropped is uncountable and inexcusable.
TWICE my account has been changed with out my consent, one of them was my insurance being taken off!

According to the customer service team there is no way of getting a transcript of calls or any type of verification that somethings been done apart from there word which is worth less than S**T
Go with some one else or just use pay as you go and save the trouble of speaking to those under trained, uneducated, wastes of space customer services.

Same experience. Two long telephone calls and they did not cancel my contract as I had asked.
