“Worst Ever Three signal ever.”

All of my family have been 3 customers for quite a number of years, we have always been happy with the service until about last November when we all noticed a drop in signal strength and calls not connecting or being dropped mid call. We have complained to customer service on two occasions this year. We have played along with them whilst they looked into the situation? We are still in the same situation a number of months later, we have been informed that the transmitter is working normally. Why has the signal got worse! Well we've found out today that it is probably due to a reduction in transmitters they were sharing with another network which may not be available now. We have also been informed by three that there are no plans to increase the signal in our area in the foreseeable future. This leaves us with contracts part through. And a level of service that's just not acceptable.
CHECK BEFORE TAKING ON A CONTRACT THAT THE SERVICE IS GOOD ENOUGH? EVEN THIS DOES NOT SAFEGUARD FROM SIGNAL STRENGTH DECREASE WITHIN YOUR CONTRACT TERM!
AT YOUR OWN RISK IS ALL I CAN SAY! OUR EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN VERY UNSATISFACTORT!
