I contacted Three to request my PAC coded to move my Number. They tried everything to not give me my PAC code. Then they said they would text it to me.

What happened next was they deregistered my existing SIM, cutting off my phone, which meant that family, friend and colleagues couldn't contact me, not that they cared.

When I contact them, they had the cheek to suggest I call them! I only have the one phone which they rendered unusable. And during a pandemic and lockdown their representative was suggesting I pop out to use someone else phone. Also suggested I got the service I paid for being on a contract SIM.

Three are a company that are your worst nightmare should you dare to try and leave them.

Please take my experience as a warning, don't go anywhere near this company.
