Would not reccomend

If i could i would give no stars as 1 is probably too good. I ordered flowers for next day delivery and they arrived the following day. By which time they had been sat in a delivery van without water as were very bashed. I ordered these flowers as a gift to somebody who had been recently bereaved and so when they arrived they were not great, heads broken off the flowers and were dying. When you order for someone else you hope and expect that they are what you pay for. These flowers were not cheap and when i complained about both the delivery and the quality this company was not too interested. They did not refund the next day delivery charge and only refunded a very small amount, less than half and stated that there were a few stalks unbroken. The flowers that were not broken were not healthy besides who wants a few flowers. I would not reccomend and would be cautious to those considering a purchase. Other companies woukd likely offer to replace the flowers. My order was not sold as expected nor was i satisfactorily compensated. Would not reccomend

Not Delivered On Day Requested

Internet search for this florist says ‘same day flowers delivery’. On Sunday I ordered flowers for a birthday to be delivered on Monday . Other sites stated if they couldn’t deliver on requested day. No such warning when ordering on this site. Royal Mail tracking told me they were on the way on Monday, but on checking with the recipient, that were not delivered by evening. Called florist on Tuesday, who checked the shipment number and stated that ‘they don’t deliver on Mondays’ and that as the order was on its way, they couldn’t give a refund. They should make it clear if they can’t deliver on requested day.
