At Last A Genuine Insurance Service

I am not one to write a review normally,but in this case the service I received from start to finish was top class.
I am insured with Saga,when I contacted them with a carpet claim,I was soon contacted by SBS with what would happen.They arranged for a technician to come out and see the carpet.The claim was verified and in no time at all I was offered options of a cash settlement or to replace the carpet in the same quality as the original.I chose for the carpet to be replaced in the same quality.SBS then sent me the details of a supplier of similar carpet quality.The patterns did not suit our room,so I asked if I could choose another pattern from a more expensive range and I would pay the extra.SBS said this would not be a problem.SBS even arranged for the old carpet to be lifted and taken away.I am so used to having shoddy service from various companies,it was a great experience to deal with a company that put the customer first.The claims handler could not have been more helpful and replied to any requests extremely promply and very courteous.Thank You
