Used this company through our nfu insurance. We're very slow on contacting us, nfu had to chase up the claim afew times. Once agreed that cooker was broken two/ three weeks later . An agreement was made to replace our cooker. And still weeks later again we have no cooker. With three young children in the house we've been without a cooker since 31st of January and it's now middle of march. And yet again still not heard of when we will actually be receiving our replacement.
