Awful Customer Services, My policy automatically renewed after I cancelled the House Insurance due to finding it cheaper. One Call still took a direct debit out of my account, I entered the web chat to make complaint. They than demanded another £136 to cancel policy! Please do not use them as I certainly will not for any of the products they promote/sell.
