“High renewal premium”

Premium increase of £20 on renewal, after 3 years no claims They would not reduce it when asked.
Direct Line were cheaper for the same cover, so goodbye More Than.
More Than means your renewal premium will be more than the previous year !
They do not care about looking after existing policyholders.

Unfortunately, Direct Line will play the same trick on you next year and you will probably go to another insurer - from personal experience.
