Nightmare company, will not deal with disabled by e mail, take weeks to get an answer from them.
By the time they answer your renewal date has passed.
Legal helpline is useless, they again will not communicate by e mail, anything you want help with 'is not covered" and quote you thousands to look at it for you.
What is the point of paying for legal helpline?
