Renewal quote beat all others.

Yet again, Homeprotect provided me with an unbeatable renewal quote. It was cheaper even than their own price on comparison sites. It is rare for an organisation to encourage loyalty. But I certainly feel that Homeprotect do that.

Simple process

Easy process to follow and get straightforward cover for property. Not had to claim yet so can’t comment on that but getting the cover at a good price was great. Renewal was fine with premium staying near to last years.

Homeprotect were the cheapest option for my contents insurance on a price comparison website. I called them to query some aspects of my insurance; they answered quickly and gave helpful advice. The assistant was friendly and ensured all my questions were answered. Joining was easy to do online.

Excellent site and easy to use

Used for home insurance. have valuables in home that needed to be listed. No problem with details and no extra information required unlike others where they wanted me to speak to an underwriter before giving me a quote. Going through Quidco you get only the lower cost . would like both to be provided for comparison

Simple, straightforward listed buildings insurance

Daunting task of finding a new insurer for a listed buildings, but homeprotect made the online process simple and straightforward. Even when I contacted them just to double check a couple of things , I received the answers I required in a polite and friendly way. I hoping I don't ever need to make a claim, but at least I have the reassurance of a company that appear to be easy to deal with.

I have a house and contents insurance policy with Home Protect, the actual insurer being AXA Insurance UK plc. Some of my details on which the premium was based have changed (improved). Should I contact Home protect or AXA to notify these changes, and in order to submit proof of changes would need to notify by post so can I get an address for either Home Protect or Axa as the case may be?
