From next day services to snail mail services for the bigger shipments they have the resources to cover most eventualities.

The staff are helpful and lines of communication are always open / no automated phone system / a person always answers the phone. Their knowledge and expertise on Import and export regulations make sure that there a re very few hold up with customs at either end of the shipment.
