We use this service when ordering online and they have delivered in good time. It is amazing. If there is one thing to pick out to comment about it is the fact that the driver will not use our doorbell!

This may sound daft but when asked why he says things like he did not see it there, and the latest one was that he always bangs on the door window in case the bell does not work! I could have not heard the knocking and then he would not have been able to deliver the parcel. Bad result.

Why not try the bell first, at least? It is not too much to ask. We have receivers in all our downstairs rooms; it is always heard. Why not use the bell? It is visible where you would expect it to be.

Glad we had our item delivered early, having paid for the quick delivery service. I hope our next delivery will be on the bell!
