The only thing going for this company is that its prices for delivery can be cheaper than others. However, customer service and the total lack of information on its website is ridiculous. It's like they want your order first and then will explain to you how everything works. For example, there is no information about how to consolidate orders, insurance costs, shipping times etc. You have to request everything by email which of course delays your delivery even further. You may think you can select the delivery service with appropriate transit time but this means nothing if you don't how long it will take viabox to actually register your delivery in their system and then how long to actually ship your order. For example, my last order was awaiting shipping for 10 days, now it is 3 days showing 'processing' without even being shipped. So in conclusion, if you want the cheapest this maybe it but don't expect a smooth ride along the way.
