Pallet Picked Up And Delivered On Time And As Prom
Pallet picked up and delivered on time and as promised. Have been trying to get a VAT receipt though for 3 months. 0845 number dosnt work, contact email throws mails back undeliverd and even when you finally get to speak to some one on the 01603 number they still have failed to send one. Good on shipping side terrible office end.

Keep well away, sent a pallet via uknextday paid extra for it to be signed for but instead there was no-one home so they left it in the drive and someone down walkies with the item now im £300 down!!!

Absolutely appauling service, and some incredibly arrogant staff. Steer well clear of these clowns. Pay the extra few quid for TNT and at least be assured your parcel will arrive on time, and in the right country.
I am the co owner of UKNextday and this review is scandlous as the blame has not been decided and further investigations are currently being implemented. To accuse without the facts is slanderous and we shall be seeking legal advice.
We arrange 1,000s of deliveries per month and this review is defamation of character. Please ignore this review.

Great Service, very nice and helpful man, got my parcel delivered on time and at half the price I could find elsewhere...thanks UKNEXTDAY!
Useful to remember that you need to arrange things early in the day if you want a next day service.
Online system works relly well and is easy to use, if you have an outsize parcel like I did the chap on the phone is really helpful.

DO NOT TOUCH!! APPALLING "Service", full of promises,on the face of it seem good company, but please do not be "sucked in" like we were.They care not a jot,do not communicate once they have received your money. Only gave them a star because no option to give 0!!
