A couple weeks ago, I sent my shipment from Shiprocket, but unfortunately, my shipment could not be delivered due to a non-serviceable area, and I raised the complaint that my shipment was RTO marked. After 2 weeks, I got my RTO shipment. When I opened the shipment, it was empty. So I called the Shiprocket support team, and they said, "Sir, send the shipment before and after videos and images." I sent all the documents to Shiprocket, but I never received a positive response, and dinay my shipment complaint. I told you not to send any high value amounts from the shiprocket because if the shipment is lost, you will never get your shipment value from the shiprocket.
