Getting my car shipped from the Midwest to the west coast was no simple task. Working with the folks at Ship-A-Car-Direct made this an easy chore. With-in days after booking with them they had found a shipper who was ready to pick up my car. The car was here in less than 3 days and would have been here sooner if not for the inclement weather along the way. The car was in an enclosed single car trailer so I did not have to worry about any damage from the elements or from another vehicle.

Had a great experience and would definitely do business with them again if the the need ever arises.

The driver arrived on time and resourceful in finding a location to load my car onto the truck. His initial quoted delivery date was conservative, but good. In the end he was able to deliver 2 days early, which I appreciated. My car arrived a bit dirty (to be expected in an open-air carrier), but with no damage or missing items. Overall, the process was easy and painless for me.

Auto Carriers LLC Was the carrier that delivered my car from Boston, Ma to Bothell, WA.

They also did an excellent job.

They were prompt and fast too.

I contacted Jason of ship a car direct when I needed to get the car moved by the next day. I chose ship a car direct based on the reviews I read online. But, I was still not sure whether they will be able to get a spot for my car on one of the carriers. However, when I told Jason my situation, he told me the steps that he was going to take to make sure that we get a spot for my car. Hearing those steps, I could tell that these guys know what they are doing and fears were allayed to a great extent. 2 hours later, Jason called me up to inform that my car can be picked up today. I confirmed the order (order# 329219-BE) and agreed for him to go ahead and ahead the spot for my car.

My car was picked that very day. The driver of the truck was also very professional in his approach. He arrived 15 minutes before he had told me that he would arrive. He also delivered the car on the exact day as he had told me during pick up. I had called the driver twice while my car was in transit to get a status of the situation, basically to know if he is on track to reach on the agreed date. On both the times, he was very quite responsive and willing to answer my questions.

Further, my car was in good condition when it arrived. :)

All in all, I would say thatI recommend Ship a car direct to any one who wants to ship their vehicle.
