Parcel Brand Useless
ORDERED AND PAID BY PAYPAL 5 DAYS AGO.DID NOT TURN OR ACKNOWLEDGE MY REPEATED REQUESTS TO COLLECT MY PARCEL.,NO CONTACT PHONE NOS GIVEN.THE RECIPIENT WAS WAITING TO RECEIVE PARCEL NEXT DAY,WAS NOT HAPPY WITH ME
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY..ALL I CAN SAY IS THAT PARCEL BRAND NEED A BRANDING WITH A VERY HOT IRON IN A PLACE I WILL NOT MENTION.BUT ITS WHERE THE MONKEYS PUT THERE NUTS

Did not turn up as booked and despite email asking them to call to rebook I had no further contact and have told them that I will contact Trading Standards if they do not refund. Paypal is their payment method but all Paypal will do is to email them - you will not get a refund that way. Very disappointed as I booked a day off work and even went in late the next day to give them an opportunity to organise an early morning collection. They have no contact numbers and no customer service at all. Please avoid as they will only let you down!

ordered through parcelbrand.co.uk and there are no contacts at all except enquiry form.And didnt get any answer.but paid 12.95!!
