I posted 2 parcels with Hermes via Parcel2go and BOTH were lost, one in Kent the other in the north east.

Very poor service

Helpful service, collected item when asked and delivered when asked, without any breakages.

My first use of the service and couldn't find any fault. First quotes were high but after a couple of days later ones dropped by 50%. All collected and delivered on time. Will certainly use again. Carrier used gave exceptionally good service with prompt and regular feedback.

Booked online and pallet was collected that day. We chose a premium service so pallet was delivered the next day. Great service and the cheapest I have found.

Good comms and service delivery all problems solved

Had a barbers chair picked up and put onto a pallet for me and the following day it was delivered to my shop.

Over 300 miles round trip so I was really pleased with the service.

Reasonable price to to deliver such a large heavy item.

Would definitely use this company again when needed or recommend them for anyone I know.
