Not able to contact parcel fusion, received no reply to e-mails, had no collection, given no service whatsoever

Started commutations in January 2008, sent emails and not recieved response yet.

I was sending a parcel to London from Doncaster last week, i still have it and they still have my money. I don't recommend using them.

Good value and goods undamaged. Picked up as planned in Northern Ireland and delivered to daughter in Copenhagen promptly.

Parcel never collected as promised by parcelfusion , no reply to e-mails unable to contact them don't be swayed by the cheap prices the worry re your important package is not worth it!

I have used Parcel Fusion many times and am extremely pleased with the service received, booking was straightforward, parcels have been collected on the correct collection date, the driver leaves a collection manifest with a list of tracking no's, delivery arrives next day and the parcels arrived in good condition. What more can I ask for, I only pay £7.99 per parcel, I think they are great, the post office want £23 for the identical item. I have not had to complain to them at all after sending around 30 parcels which arrived at their destination without problems.

In my experience with Parcel Fusion, it took over 3 months to send a parcel which was on next day delivery. In my opinion, I received a bad service.

Very poor service generally, although it was good value for money, and the time spent on the phone and sending emails, and worrying about the outcome, was not worth the financial saving. Fortunately the package arrived at its European destination without a hitch, but I wouldn't like to have tried claiming on the special insurance I bought, since parcel fusion never provided any paperwork confirming I'd bought it!

Parcel Fusion didn't even attempt to do the collect & delivery service I paid for. They do not reply to emails and there is no contact phone no. I will be giving this company a very wide berth in future.

I feel that Parcel Fusion needs a very good shake up.
