I would not recommend pallet2ship, I had a very bad experience, they held my money and extorted £60 for allegedly sending to collect my pallet. Shortly, I ordered pallet collection from UK to Sweden for Friday. OnThursday, my friend had phone call from DHL informing her they came to pick up palette. There was no one at home because service had to be on Friday. I called to pallet2ship they agreed the collection will be on Monday. My friend waited Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday at home and did not receive any phone or information, and no one came to collect pallet. After numerous calls and requests of the determination when a palette will be received, I was not given any correct information, and after a week I was finally forced to give up service collection. My friend spent four days waiting non-stop at home. No one came. In summary, I ve resigned from pallet2ship service a week after that. I did numerous calls and requests and finally I received refund after 3 weeks, reduced by £60, as I have been informed they charged me twice allegedly courier arrived to collect pallet, that was a lied as they never came. Finally I used different company, without any complications.
