Unhelpful & Ineffectual
Whatever you do don't trust this company who are an abject fail in the delivery department.
I fail to understand how a company called keen and able can be do unhelpful and ineffectual.
I ordered a mattress for delivery today and they cancelled the delivery on me with no notice. I have arranged for my old mattress to be taken away (at least the council were as good as their word)
Now I have nowhere to sleep. They rescheduled delivery on a day that I expressly told them I was working and unable to be in.
I really don't know what I'm going to do. These people have ruined my day and probably my week and didn't care at all.
I work in an area where no is not an answer and we always deliver on our promises come what may. These people are dishonourable and really don't care at all

Extremely rude, did not deliver to room nor take away packaging as paid for...these two young blokes threw a mattress on the street, leaving a 60 year old to take it up and downstairs to where they were being paid to deliver it. Disgraceful. Avoid these people.

Just The Worst Service Ever......
Delivery scheduled for the 17th of December between 3:00 & 7:00pm. Got a call from the driver at 2:30pm saying that they were on their way and would be with me in 30 minutes. I went to the front door at just gone 3:00pm to see if they were about and found a card saying 'sorry we missed you' timed at 2:55. I reckon that they must have thrown this from the moving van as they drove past my house..... I had been sat about 10ft from my front door for the entire day waiting for this delivery. I've got the worlds loudest door bell and two dogs that go nuts if anyone ventures within 20ft of the front door. None of these made any noise...... Rang the driver back on the number they'd called from, left three voicemails, no response whatsoever. Rang the customer service team twice and got precisely nowhere, they couldn't contact the driver either and didn't seem particularly interested. Now I have no bed and will be sleeping on the floor until such time they can be bothered to redeliver. Will be contacting Hypnos to see if I can cancel my order. If I could leave zero stars I would.......

I echo the comments below regarding this company's shocking customer service, I cant believe that they get so many positive reviews unless they are faking them to push their scores up.
I too recieved the email asking me to call them but was also met with silence after one ring. I sent emails to their CS and Delivery departments to ask them to just book it in and let me know their phones are not working but no response.
I then contacted the seller to let them know I was having issues and he said that they are meant to phone me and that he will contact them to give them a push - no response.
This morning the phones seemed to be working and this time I was put into a queue but I also had to hang up after 30 mins or so, as I have a job and they give no updates on where you are in the queue or how long it will take - clearly they are happy to just make money out of you by keeping you hanging on their 0330 number.
I updated the seller who said that he will speak to them and get them to call me today, but here we are at the end of the day with no response.
The whole experience has been shocking and they have wrecked my daughters birthday with their incompetance and sub standard service, as there is now no way I will get this sorted out in time.
While this reflects badly on Not Keen or Able, it also damages the reputation of the sellers who use them and I urge all reputable companies to consider using a company who are more capable than this crew of white van men who have not upscaled their capability to match their growing business.

Ordered a mattress which kane and able delivered. I would like to stress that the service was fantastic. The delivery men were polite, courteous and extremely helpful. I was telephoned on delivery date fist thing to let me know when they would be arriving and then half an hour before they arrived.
Definitely 100% all round
