No Parcel Delivered.
My university was sending study materials via this terrible company this year. I've been waiting for my books to arrive since November 2020. It is now April 2021, still there is no sign of my study materials. The customer service just tells me to wait. How do you work there, guys? I think such awful companies that cannot work with their customers, should leave the business immediately. Hope, GEM worldwide will do so. Terrible and useless from all sides.

receiving a diploma from London and uldated my address with the sender but they still sent the parcel to the old address, half a world away. Tried multiple times to contact them yet I never had a reply. Sender tried to contact them as well but still no reply. In the end the uni made me a new diploma and sent it again...

Have been trying to rearrange delivery, the first person I spoke to on the phone failed to locate my parcel and said they would have to call back dismissively. Thankfully someone did and called back, and I arranged a day for redelivery. Othe day the online tracker said it was out for delivery but no- it didn't happen. Called to ask and they said 'don't know what happened there, but it wasn't delivered'. Great response, helpful. Obviously cannot do their jobs properly if their system is so disorganised.

I have been receiving deliveries from GEM for about the last two years and have always found them really good. They are easy to reach and really helpful. I would certainly recommend from my experiences.

They've Been Delivering On Behalf Of University Of
They've been delivering on behalf of University of London. The parcel was dispatched more than a month ago and they've been "attempting" to deliver it ever since. Lame excuses like Delivery attempted, no one available/ at home. But nobody even called me.
Utterly displeased! Tired of contacting GEM worldwide managers. Every one's polite to the last degree, but ignorant as well. Delivery not to mention timely delivery seems none of their concerns. The last time "Receiver Notified" appeared on the site, again no body called, even no email. I just wonder who they think was notified? Never have I seen such a poor service.

No courier company can claim 100% success rate, if something goes wrong how the company reacts and solves my problem is important to me.
I have recently come acrosss a compnay called GEM Worldwide who are a breath of fresh air, reliable, friendly and very easy to use. Their tracking on their web site is excellent. so no more Parcel Force for me! when they colecte dmy parcel the driver was smart and in uniform looked very much the part!
