The Brokers Make Thousands And Pay The Truckers Very Little

First I would like to point out the brokers are making thousands and paying truckers very little. For example one of the brokers made 7500.00 on a shipment while paying the trucker 1500.00...no joke they live to screw you. Also they don't care..it's a game to them. These people live in luxury, they also get big quarterly bonuses. Streamline has also gone bankrupt in the past....twice. the owner did not pay the ytruckers either..it has taken him years to recover from that one. The staff does not care about any complaints, its a game seeig how mad they can make their customers some days and its always about the next load, chasing the money. I used to work at this place...really they don't care about you or their shipment, it's all about the next boat or truck they are buying off of the money they take from you.

Hello, I am with Port Norfolk Transport. We are currently in disputes with Freight Monster on a load broker. How many companies have gone through this with Freight Monster? If our charges are not paid we will be issuing a judgement. Any info would greatly be appreciated.

Freight Monster Lost My Shipment & Hasn't Found It Yet

Everything started out just fine. We purchased a large piece of machinery and needed to move it in 2 pieces from Montana to the Midwest. Freight Monster's truck broke down and our two pieces arrived a day late. Okay. We can live with that. But then come to find out that Freight Monster's driver accepted 11 pieces for shipment, and we received only 4 of them. The other 7 have yet to be "found" and communication from Freight Monster has become almost non-existent. They don't return emails, and they are really bitchy on the phone.

Freight Monster continually tells us it is our fault because we didn't tell them we had 11 pieces. But we didn't know -- we were told two pieces and that's what we told them. But their driver loaded all 11 pieces and then they lost 7 of them.

We have asked that they give us the manifest for the truck and driver so we can call around and try to find our boxes, but they are completely uncooperative.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. It is staffed by incompetent, uncooperative BLAME-LAYERS. If you choose them anyway, withhold payment until you get your shipment.

So sorry to hear about this. We are experiencing the same type of communication from Freight Monster. There was no Bill of Lading when our driver went to check out from the shipper. He had to create his own. Crazy. All they gave us was a purchase order for the machinery but this did not include a breakdown as to what freight was going on what truck. It is no surprise to me that they lost your freight they gave you the cold shoulder. I would be surprised if they did not yell at you and try and make it your fault. We are currently in dispute with freight monster over monies owed.

Freight Monster was fast, accurate, realistic, and on time with my shipment. They handled what I needed with a straight forward approach and great customer service. I am looking forward to working with them again on my next shipment.

I think Larry Lockhart Jr., owner of Freight Monster, wrote this review himself. My experience with Freight Monster has been the complete opposite. A total disaster.
