booked online, paid almost £ 40, the courier did not turn up on day specified, I have waited in all afternoon for nothing. I emailed the company and asked to rebook for the following day. No response. I bought a courier service elsewhere as I needed to send the parcel to my customer ASAP.
I then emailed EZdelivery again and asked for a refund. No reply, but apparently the courier turned up when I had ALREADY sent my parcel with the alternative courier, which means that EZdelivery rebooked the courier for another day and did not email me at all. By then, I did not need their courier anymore and asked again for a refund. Again, no response.
10 days went on since my initial booking with them, and never received a response or my refund.
I will solve this issue one way or another, for now I wanted to write this review so that other people will consider before buying from them.
in fact, I do not recommend it at all.
