These Guys Are Awful - Avoid

These guys smash up your materials and then gave a team of rude and aggressive “claims managers” whose job appears to be to manage every trick and delaying tatuc in the book - hateful customer service - avoid at all costs

They Have Lost Part Of The Delivery...

... and don't try to find the missing item. Also they don't take responsibility and don't even offer any compensation for missing item. Terrible service and terrible experience.

Customer service is non-existant.

Appalling Service & Customer Service

Bitterly disappointed with service from Europa Worldwide. We used their transportation and logistics services to deliver an order to a customer in Barcelona. They delivered a palette of our products to Barcelona which was missing many products. The products that did arrive were extensively damaged and our reputation as a company is now severely tarnished. We trusted Europa to deliver the service they promise and extend our company reputation by delivering the products in the condition we usually send them in. When we contacted Europa and explained what had happened with photographic evidence of the damage to the products we were offered little to no compensation. The damage to our reputation and the customer service we deliver is immeasurable - and we are now £450 out-of-pocket! Terrible service and terrible experience. Devastated.

UPDATE: Thanks to area manager for rescuing the situation detailed above. He called us up after we posted this review and offered us a very satisfactory resolution. We are more than happy with the outcome, and wish to revoke the comments made in our review. Thanks.
