First time posting to Kazakhstan delivered very quick picking up at home was a bonus.

Its a week tomorrow since booking a parcel collection and delivery and 5 phone call and 2 emails, they never return my calls or reply. They finally attempted a collection last Friday but called to the wrong house doh !

I am sat here waiting yet again another 1 1/2 hours for the depot manager to call me back and inform me as to what is happening
